Supporting documents to be provided

  • An identity document

  • A deposit cheque (equivalent to one month’s rent)

Prices

Payment of the first month’s rent by cheque or credit card.
Only the first month’s rent is not subject to change, after which the rate is calculated on a pro rata basis. Rents are paid by direct debit.

Insurance

MondialBox offers cover of up to €2500, beyond which you will need to provide us with an insurance certificate. Generally, an extension to your home insurance policy will suffice, or you can opt for MondialBox insurance.

Cancellation

You can cancel your contract at any time by giving 15 days’ notice.
