Our rates already include insurance up to €2,500, and you have the option of increasing this amount (see the rates page for more information). Otherwise, a simple phone call to your insurer is usually all it takes to extend your home insurance policy to include the items stored in your unit.

Your first month's rent is payable on signing the contract by direct debit, cheque or credit card. Thereafter, rent is payable in advance by the 5th of each month by direct debit.

MondialBox® does not charge any administration fees, registration fees, taxes, etc. All you have to pay is your rent and the deposit (equivalent to 1 month's rent).

At MondialBox®, there is no commitment to a fixed term. Only the first month of rental is incompressible, after which rental is prorated.

Professionals must also provide us with :

• A Kbis extract
• A power of attorney from the manager

If you wish to return your unit, you simply need to give us 15 days' notice. You can send this to us by email, fax or telephone.
