To return your unit and cancel your contract, notify your MondialBox® Troyes branch 15 days before the desired move-out date. The 15-day notice can simply be sent by post at any time of the month.
In French, self-storage drive could be translated as "to store oneself directly with one's vehicle". In practice, this means that you can rent a private MondialBox® unit and manage the rental yourself. Our customers can go to their space as they please, without having to inform the centre's reception desk in advance. Whether at the weekend or late at night, access to your unit is unlimited, 24/7. To make storage easier, it is possible to access the doors of your space with your car or van.
A relationship of trust is established with clear and inexpensive rental conditions. With this in mind, MondialBox® Troyes and all our centres have reduced the minimum rental period for a storage unit to 1 month. Our customers can opt out after 30 days. The lease is automatically renewed each month, until you decide to return your storage space.
On the subject of opening hours, a distinction must be made between access to the unit and reception at the MondialBox® Troyes agency:
As previously mentioned, our customers have total access, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, to their storage units. This includes holidays and Sundays.
Each of our MondialBox® centres has its own reception opening hours. This means that your team and your manager are only present on site at set times. The "Our centres" page on our site lists all the contacts you need to speak to a member of staff about this.
