A competitive rental rate and no time commitment

Event professionals are constantly looking to optimise their costs in order to be as profitable as possible. At MondialBox® we charge competitive prices. You won't be asked to pay any application or registration fees or any other charges. There will only be the first month's rent of your rental which is incompressible. It will be payable on signing your rental contract, after which the price will be prorated according to the length of time you need. Rent is payable in advance by the 5th of each month, by direct debit. 

What's more, there is no time commitment. You can rent a unit on a temporary basis or for an extended period depending on the event you are planning. If you want to terminate the lease, you only need to give 15 days' notice, and that's it. To avoid unnecessary travel, you can notify us by email, fax, post or telephone.

Documents to provide for your rental contract

For all professionals, here are the essential items for signing your storage unit rentals contract: 

  • An identity document.
  • A bank details form.
  • A deposit cheque (equivalent to 1 month's rent).
  • Proof of address (such as EDF GDF, etc...).
  • Payment of the 1st month's rent by cheque or credit card.
  • A Kbis extract.
  • A power of attorney from the manager.
